What is BBG Club?
BBG Club is a membership program where members receive a bundle of exclusive benefits - the highlight being unlimited FREE deliveries - in return for paying a recurring fee - either monthly, 6-monthly or yearly.
Being a BBG Club member means you can order the finest food, from your favourite stores, as often as you like... and have it home delivered whenever you desire, free of charge!
Members also receive automatic product discounts from selected suppliers, and we'll be adding more of these as our offering continues to expand.
How does BBG Club work?
By purchasing one of our membership products (12 months, 6 months or monthly), you won’t have to worry about delivery fees ever again. Simply add your chosen membership products to your cart with your normal grocery order. All orders, including the one in which you buy the membership, will automatically attract free delivery while your membership continues. Similarly, all product discounts related to your membership will be applied automatically at checkout.
Your membership will automatically renew, and a payment will be debited from your selected payment method, at the frequency of the membership type you purchased (i.e. 12 months will be debited annually, monthly will be debited every month).
How will BBG Club save me money?
All BBG Club members receive their first 30 days of membership free of charge. This is an opportunity to trial the service, and you can cancel your membership at any time within the first 30 days without paying anything.
For the average BBG weekly shopper, club membership affords savings on normal delivery fees ranging from 50% to 85% - depending on the level of membership you choose and the frequency of your orders.
In addition to the huge saving on delivery fees, BBG Club members receive product discounts on selected collections by ordering a minimum amount across specific collections and stores.
Can I pause or cancel my BBG Club membership?
Yes! You can pause your membership payments at any time - rather than cancelling your membership - and then resume when you're ready to start ordering again.
You can also skip a renewal, which is convenient if you are going on holidays for a short period.
Finally, you can cancel your membership if you decide it's not right for you.
All of these features are available through the Membership Portal, which is accessible through your customer account link, once you have purchased a membership product.
When you skip, pause or cancel your membership, you will still have access to your benefits until the end of the current membership period.
Unfortunately we are not able to provide refunds on any membership fees once they've been paid.
How does the BBG Club work with my existing rewards points?
For the duration of your BBG Club membership, your rewards account is automatically placed on hold, however your accrued points balance remains intact. If you decide to cancel your BBG Club membership, your rewards account will be reinstated and you can resume accruing and using rewards points with every order.
Can I change my payment details?
Yes! You can change your payment method through the Membership Portal, which is accessible through your customer account link, once you have purchased a membership product.
